This book attempts to defend a particular perspective for the critical understanding of contemporary theories of justice. For this, on the basis of the situation category, a critical and vindictive positioning of the issues of practical rationality, normativity and the appropriation of the values ​​and yearnings observed in what in this text is called Latin Americanist critical theory is outlined.
