The present book attempts to defend a particular perspective for the critical understanding of contemporary theories of justice. For this, on the basis of the category of situation, a critical and vindictive positioning of the issues of practical rationality, normativity and appropriation of the values and longings observed in what in this text is called critical Latin Americanist theory is outlined.
